LAUREN AND RICHARD

Location: Sydney Botanic Gardens and The Mint court yard, Sydney NSW

Season: Spring- October

Feeling: For Lauren and Richard, we created a relaxed, wild garden bed as the backdrop to their ceremony, with a focus on Australian native wildflowers—particularly flannel flowers.

Colour palette: Primarily white and green, accented with vibrant pops of red and orange.

Favorite floral detail: Richard wore an oversized red hippeastrum lily as his buttonhole, which paired beautifully with the red waratahs woven through the arrangements. In season for only a short time in spring, the big bold waratahs were the perfect, timely touch against the fresh white and green palette.
