We deliver throughout Paddington and surrounding suburbs. Delivery outside our standard zone may be available upon request and may incur additional fees. Please contact us directly for special location enquiries.

Delivery fees are calculated at checkout and vary based on distance and order type. Additional charges may apply for:

03. Same-Day Delivery
We offer same-day delivery for orders placed before our daily cut-off time (usually 1pm AEST). Orders placed after this time will be delivered the next business day unless otherwise arranged.
Please contact us if you require urgent or express delivery — we will accommodate where possible.

While we aim to meet requested delivery windows, we cannot guarantee exact delivery times due to varying traffic, weather conditions, and order volume.
Typical delivery runs occur between 9am and 5pm. For events, weddings, or commercial installations, specific delivery times may be scheduled during the consultation process.

05. Recipient Availability
If the recipient is not home, our courier will:
a) Leave the flowers in a safe, shaded location, or b) Leave a calling card and/or attempt redelivery at additional cost

06. Hospital, School & Business Deliveries
For hospitals, schools, offices, and secure buildings, please ensure:
- The recipient is permitted to receive flowers
- Correct ward, level, or department information is provided

07. Substitutions & Seasonal Availability
Due to the seasonal and market-based nature of fresh flowers, some stems may be substituted for others of equal or higher value, while maintaining the overall look and feel of the arrangement.
08. Weather & Unforeseen Circumstances
Delivery times may be affected by severe weather, high-demand holidays, or events outside our control. If delays occur, we will notify you as soon as possible.
09. Cancellations & Changes
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery.
Orders already prepared or dispatched are non-refundable.
Changes to delivery details must be made promptly — we will do our best to accommodate requests.
