Fresh Flower Nature
Due to the perishable nature of fresh flowers, returns are generally not accepted once the arrangement has been delivered. Every bouquet is created using seasonal blooms, which may vary slightly in colour, size, and appearance from product images.
Quality Concerns
If you believe your arrangement does not meet the expected standard, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We may request photos to help assess the condition of the flowers upon arrival.
Non-Flower Products
For non-perishable items such as candles, vases, or giftware, returns may be accepted within 14 days provided the item is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required for all returns.
02. Refund Conditions
When Refunds Apply
Refunds may be issued when an item delivered is incorrect or significantly differs from what was ordered. All refund requests are reviewed individually to ensure a fair outcome.
Assessment Process
When a concern is raised, we will review your order details, images provided, and the condition of the flowers at delivery. This helps us determine the most appropriate and timely resolution.
Refund Method
If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Please note that bank processing times may vary, and it may take several business days for the funds to appear in your account.
03. Exchanges & Replacements
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your flowers or products arrive damaged, we are happy to arrange a replacement. Please notify us within 24 hours so we can organise a prompt redelivery and review the issue.
Incorrect Orders
If you receive an item different from what you ordered, we will replace it at no additional cost. Contact us with your order number so we can arrange the correct item as quickly as possible.
Product Substitutions
Occasionally substitutions are required due to seasonal flower availability. These substitutions are always of equal or greater value and remain within the intended style. Substitutions do not qualify for replacement unless the arrangement differs substantially from what was advertised.

To request a return, refund, or replacement, please contact us via phone or email with your order number and a brief description of the issue. Providing photos helps us process your request faster.
Timeframes for Requests
For fresh flowers, any concerns must be raised within 24 hours of receiving your order. Non-perishable items must be returned within 14 days. Requests outside these timeframes may not be eligible.
Return Instructions
If your return is approved, we will provide instructions for returning or dropping off the item. For change-of-mind returns, shipping or courier costs will be the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed.
