Same-Day Delivery

We offer same-day delivery across Sydney for orders placed before 12pm, Monday to Saturday. Orders placed after 12pm will be delivered the next business day.

Please note, we’re closed on Sundays and don’t offer delivery or pick-up on that day.

For unit or apartment deliveries, a recipient phone number is essential. It’s also helpful for all deliveries, in case the courier needs to get in touch.

If No One Is Home

If the recipient isn’t home, the courier will:

Leave the flowers safely at the door, if there’s a sheltered spot out of view or Leave them with a concierge or at the apartment door, if accessible Either way, we’ll let the recipient know where the flowers were left.

Who Delivers

All our flowers are delivered by trusted, flower-only couriers who handle every bouquet with care and attention.

Delivery Timing

Business deliveries are made between 9am and 5pm. For all other orders, we aim to deliver as early as possible, depending on the courier's run for the day.

If you have any timing requests, pop them in the notes section at checkout – our couriers usually need a 3-hour delivery window.

Redelivery

If there’s no safe place to leave the flowers, and we can’t reach the recipient or sender, the flowers will come back to the shop.

We’ll arrange redelivery once we’ve got more info – just note that additional fees may apply.
