The series explores gestures through the garden as a site of natural forces, built forms and surface traces.  Floral forms appear and dissolve across curved surfaces, rendered through glaze, colour and repeated brushwork.  Across the vessels, broad fields of sky and garden sit alongside large flowers, smaller fragments of petals, leaves, weathered ornament and wet
